Accommodation: 3 Star Hotel

Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our team will receive you and transfer you to your hotel. Hotel check-in begins at 12:00 PM, so if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the reception and begin exploring the city while your room is being prepared.

Kathmandu is Nepal's vibrant capital and the gateway to the Himalayas. You will have free time to relax after your journey or explore nearby markets, cafes, and cultural attractions. If you need any last-minute trekking gear, Thamel is one of the best places in Nepal to find quality equipment and outdoor clothing.

In the evening, we will gather at the hotel for a detailed trek briefing where you will meet our team and your fellow trekkers. We will walk you through the itinerary, conduct a gear check, discuss altitude safety, and answer any questions to ensure everyone is fully prepared for the adventure ahead.

Duration: Approximately 8–10 Hours DriveAccommodation: Tea House

Today, we begin our journey into the Annapurna region with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Chame. The road follows winding mountain highways, passing alongside rivers, terraced fields, charming villages, and beautiful hills before gradually climbing into the heart of the Himalayas.

As we gain altitude, the scenery begins to change, with dense forests and snow-capped peaks appearing in the distance. Chame, the administrative headquarters of the Manang District, is surrounded by majestic mountains and offers magnificent views of Lamjung Himal and Annapurna II.

After reaching Chame, we will check into our tea house and have time to relax before tomorrow's journey. Enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere as you prepare to travel deeper into the Annapurna region.

Duration: Approximately 3–4 Hours DriveAccommodation: Tea House

After breakfast, we will continue our journey towards Manang, driving through spectacular Himalayan scenery and passing traditional mountain villages along the way. The route passes through Pisang before entering the wide and beautiful Manang Valley, where the surrounding landscape becomes increasingly dramatic.

Throughout the journey, you will enjoy breathtaking views of Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Gangapurna, and the Chulu peaks. As we gain altitude, the forests gradually become thinner, giving way to alpine terrain and wide mountain valleys.

Upon reaching Manang, we will check into our tea house and spend the remainder of the day relaxing. Since we are now above 3,500 metres, it is important to stay well hydrated and allow your body to begin adjusting to the higher altitude before continuing the trek.

Accommodation: Tea House

Today is an important acclimatization day to help your body adjust to the higher altitude before we continue towards Tilicho Lake and Thorong La Pass. Rather than remaining inactive, we will spend the day exploring the area on a short hike while allowing our bodies to adapt naturally.

You may choose to hike to the beautiful Ice Lake or towards Gangapurna Base Camp, both of which offer outstanding panoramic views of Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV, Gangapurna, Chulu East, Chulu West, Pisang Peak, Thorong Peak, and even Mt. Manaslu on a clear day.

After returning to Manang, you will have the rest of the afternoon to relax, enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings, and prepare for the higher-altitude trekking that begins tomorrow.

Distance: 9–10 kmDuration: Approximately 4–5 HoursAccommodation: Tea House

Today, we leave the main Annapurna Circuit trail and begin our journey towards Tilicho Lake. The trail gradually climbs out of Manang, following a quieter route through open alpine landscapes with spectacular mountain views in every direction.

As we continue, the scenery becomes increasingly rugged, with rocky hillsides, glacial valleys, and wide open terrain replacing the forests below. Along the way, we will pass through traditional grazing areas before reaching the peaceful village of Khangsar, one of the oldest villages in the region.

After arriving in Khangsar, we will check into our tea house and spend the evening relaxing. Tomorrow's trail leads further into the mountains as we make our way towards Tilicho Base Camp, bringing us one step closer to one of the world's highest lakes.

Distance: 8–9 kmDuration: Approximately 5 HoursAccommodation: Tea House

Today, we will continue our journey towards Tilicho Base Camp, leaving the last village behind as we enter the more remote part of the Annapurna region. The trail follows rocky mountain slopes and glacial terrain, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks throughout the day.

As we gain altitude, the landscape becomes increasingly barren and dramatic. The trail traverses steep hillsides and narrow sections, making this one of the more adventurous days of the trek. Although the route is not particularly long, the higher altitude means we will maintain a steady and comfortable pace.

Upon reaching Tilicho Base Camp, we will check into our tea house and spend the rest of the day relaxing. Since tomorrow involves an early morning hike to Tilicho Lake, we recommend having an early dinner and getting plenty of rest.

Distance: 11–12 kmDuration: Approximately 5–6 HoursAccommodation: Tea House

Today is one of the major highlights of the trek. We will begin early in the morning and make our way towards the magnificent Tilicho Lake, one of the highest lakes in the world. The gradual climb rewards us with spectacular mountain scenery as we approach this breathtaking alpine lake.

Surrounded by snow-covered peaks, the crystal-clear blue waters of Tilicho Lake create one of the most unforgettable landscapes in the Himalayas. We will spend some time at the lake, taking photographs and enjoying the peaceful surroundings before beginning our descent.

After taking in the incredible scenery, we will retrace our steps back to Tilicho Base Camp for the night. Although we return to the same accommodation, today is one of the most rewarding days of the entire journey and a true highlight of the Annapurna Circuit.

Distance: 11–12 kmDuration: Approximately 5–6 HoursAccommodation: Tea House

After breakfast, we will leave Tilicho Base Camp and retrace our route before rejoining the main Annapurna Circuit trail. As we continue towards Yak Kharka, the scenery once again changes, with vast alpine meadows, rocky landscapes, and grazing yaks becoming common along the trail.

Although today's destination sits at a slightly lower altitude than Tilicho Base Camp, the route includes several gradual ascents and descents. We will maintain a comfortable pace while enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks.

By the afternoon, we will arrive at Yak Kharka and check into our tea house. The remainder of the day is free to relax and prepare for tomorrow's climb towards Thorong Phedi, the final stop before crossing Thorong La Pass.

Distance: 6–7 kmDuration: Approximately 4–5 HoursAccommodation: Tea House

Today, we continue our gradual ascent towards Thorong Phedi, the base of the famous Thorong La Pass. The trail climbs steadily through rugged mountain terrain with increasingly spectacular views as we gain altitude.

Depending on weather conditions, trail conditions, and the overall pace of the group, we may stay at Thorong Phedi or continue a little further to High Camp. Staying at High Camp reduces the distance for tomorrow's pass crossing but also means spending the night at a higher altitude. Your trekking guide will decide the most suitable option based on the group's condition.

After reaching our accommodation, the remainder of the day is reserved for rest and preparation. Tomorrow is the most challenging and rewarding day of the trek, so we recommend having an early dinner and getting a good night's sleep.

Distance: 15–16 kmDuration: Approximately 7–9 HoursAccommodation: Tea House

Today is the most challenging and rewarding day of the Annapurna Circuit Trek. We will begin before sunrise and make our gradual ascent towards Thorong La Pass (5,416 m), the highest point of the trek and one of the highest trekking passes in the world.

After several hours of climbing, we will reach the summit of the pass, where colourful prayer flags mark this unforgettable achievement. On a clear day, the panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks are simply breathtaking and make every step of the climb worthwhile.

After celebrating at the pass and taking photographs, we will begin our long descent towards Muktinath. As we lose altitude, the landscape changes dramatically, becoming drier and more open as we enter the Mustang region. Upon reaching Muktinath, we will check into our tea house and enjoy a well-earned rest after completing one of the most memorable days of the trek.

Duration: Approximately 7–8 Hours DriveAccommodation: 3 Star Hotel

After breakfast, we will begin our scenic drive back to Pokhara. The journey takes us through the beautiful Mustang region, passing the traditional village of Kagbeni before continuing through Jomsom, the administrative centre of Lower Mustang.

As we leave the high mountains behind, the landscape gradually changes from dry, rugged valleys to lush green hills and rivers. Along the way, you will enjoy spectacular views of the Kali Gandaki Gorge, charming mountain villages, and the surrounding Himalayan peaks.

By the evening, we will arrive in Pokhara and check into our hotel. After several days in the mountains, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a hot shower, relax, and explore the lively Lakeside area. In the evening, join us for a farewell dinner as we celebrate the successful completion of the Annapurna Circuit Trek with Tilicho Lake. You will also receive your trek completion certificate in recognition of this special achievement.

Duration: Approximately 6–7 Hours DriveAccommodation: 3 Star Hotel

After breakfast, we will begin our return journey to Kathmandu by tourist bus. The scenic drive follows the banks of the Trishuli River, passing beautiful countryside, terraced farmlands, small towns, and rolling hills along the way.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, we will transfer you to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free for you to relax, enjoy some final sightseeing, or explore the bustling streets of Thamel. It is also a great opportunity to shop for souvenirs, local handicrafts, or trekking gear before your departure.

Spend your final evening in Nepal reflecting on the incredible memories and achievements of your Himalayan adventure.

Duration: As per your flight schedule

Today marks the end of your unforgettable Annapurna Circuit Trek with Tilicho Lake. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out.
